Peanut Butter Milkshake

A rich and filling milkshake, which can be enjoyed once in a while. To make it more nutritious, I added a teaspoon of flax seed. And if you want to indulge, then add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or cream.

Ingredients:
Recipe Source: My own

Milk, chilled - 1 1/2 cups
Peanut butter - 1 -2 tbsp
Banana - 1
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Flax seed - 1 tsp

Method:
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve the milkshake either chilled or with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or a dollop of cream.

Notes:
  • Though flax seeds have a sharp taste, adding them makes it more nutritious. So, this is completely optional depending on your taste buds.

The 'Marble Cake' Revisited....

Remember my marble cake which I had baked looong back and which had almost turned into a chocolate cake, except for a few patches of white batter here and there.....I decided to re-try it once again on my mom's b'day which was on July 2.... Luckily, this time I managed to create a marble effect on my cake.... But, the chocolate was still dominant!!! I think I need to reduce the amount of cocoa powder used in the recipe (from 4 tbsps to 2)..... Wanna bite??? Happy Birthday Mummy So, this was my gift for my mommy on her b'day...I know she wouldn't like it...u know why???coz....coz....coz...she simply hates marble cake...hehheeehhhheee....
